When it comes to cloth diapering there are many choices.  We recommend trying a few different kinds before making the choice that suits you, your baby, & your budget best.  Trial size kits are available at the boutique.

Here are the four choices we offer in order ot most economical:

1. Prefold diapers are rectangular "burp cloths" folded to fit inside a diaper cover.  Small Prefolds fit in small covers, and Medium Prefolds fit in Medium covers.  A Snappi can help secure the Prefold.
    Bummis Cloth Diapering Kits
    Small Size 8-15lbs $145.00
Includes 36 small prefolds, 6 small diaper covers, and 1 roll of Bio-soft liners
    Medium Size 15-30lbs $118.00
Includes 24 medium prefolds, 4 medium diaper covers, and 1 roll of Bio-soft liners

2. Bamboozles are fitted and snapped insides that require a diaper cover on the outside.
Our suggestion is 12-24 Bamboozles and 6 covers (3 small & 3 medium).
      Individual Bamboozle $20.00
      5-pack of Bamboozles $99.00
      12-Pack of Bamboozles $222.00
The following covers can be purchased for $12.25 each:
      Super-Brite
      Super Whisper Wrap
      Super Snap

3. Pocket diapers consist of a waterproof outer layer and an inner pocket t insert liners.
Our pocket diapers are one-size-fits-all.  We recommend 12-24 pocket diapers.
      bumGenius 3.0 One-Size Pocket Diapers - Set of 12 $216.00

4. All-In-One diapers are the easiest to use, but also the most expensive.
You will need to change sizes as your baby grows from x-small, small, medium, to large.
Many parents use all-in-ones for daycare, outings, or babysitters.
     bumGenius All-In-One Set of 10 - Extra Small $130.00
     bumGenius All-In-One Set of 10 - Small $160.00
     bumGenius All-In-One Set of 10 - Medium $160.00
     bumGenius All-In-One Set of 10 - Large $160.00

Don't worry clean-up is easy!
Now that you've read about our cloth diapering options, check out the following items that will make your cloth diapering experience even easier!

1. The diaper sprayer is a fresh way to remove watse from soiled cloth diapers before washing.  Available for $42.00.

2. Bio-soft liners are another way to remove waste.  Simply peel off and flush.
100 sheets per roll, 2 sizes:
     Small: 5 x 12 inches $7.00
     Large: 7.5 x 12 inches $9.00

3. To wash, we use Charlie's Soap Liquid Laundry.
     1 gallon = $23.99
     16 fl oz = $12.84

Avoid using a "wet pail" by washing diapers every 2-3 days.  Covers only need to be changed and washed when they are soiled.  Follow the washing instructions that come with your specific diapers.  In general, wash insides on hot, heavy cycle, and covers on cold, gentle cycle.  You may find it helpful to put insides on a cold rinse cycle before washing them in hot with detergent.  Line drying will help your diapers last longer.

For hard to remove stains, we line dry in the sun or use Shaklee Nature Bright Laundry Booster and Stain Remover.  Available for $10.75 + $6.50 shipping.

4. We recommend using a waterproof tote bag, instead of a diaper pail.
Tote bags are available in sizes Small ($8), Medium ($11), Large ($17), and XXL ($23).
